Biography
Tetiana is an MA student in the Department for the Study of Religion at the University of Toronto. Having earned a Bachelor’s degree in the study of religion from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Tetiana continues her academic journey in this field. Her academic interests are focused on the Catholic clerical vestments, their development, and their significance as a part of Catholic visual culture. Tetiana is also interested in the modern interaction between Catholic aesthetics and secular culture in the sphere of fashion.
Outside academic research, Tetiana is a fan of old architecture, she enjoys reading Victorian-era novels, and advocates for the freedom of Ukraine.
