Biography
Nick (they/them) is a doctoral candidate researching the maps and imperial knowledge-making practices of the orientalist Sir Aurel Stein (1862-1943), who shaped western perceptions of Buddhism. Nick works at the University of Toronto Libraries’ Map & Data Library and is a member of the Collaborative Specialization in Book History and Print Culture.
